Worship
Come worship the Lord
WELCOME!
WELS Europe members invite you to attend worship with us! We’d like your first experience to be comfortable, friendly and inviting.
We regularly hold worship services once or twice per month at various places in Germany, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. You can find our listing of regularly scheduled services on the monthly calendar. For specific locations and directions to these services, please contact the pastor via e-mail (welschaplain@gmail.com) or by phone +49 173 419 9572.
Worship opportunities can also be arranged at other sites if you live far from where we regularly worship. Please fill out our contact form and the pastor will get in touch with you.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does your typical service last?
Our services usually last about one hour.
Where are church services held?
We worship in chapels on military installations, in community spaces, in school classrooms, and even in homes. Take a look at our calendar and contact the pastor for specifics for the date and place you would like to join us. E-mail: welschaplain@gmail.com Phone: +49 01734199572
What do people wear? Casual or more formal? What about a mask?
Worship is informal. Come as you are. We follow the Coronavirus regulations of the communities where we worship. Right now that includes wearing masks and distancing during the worship service.
Will someone welcome me at the door?
We will greet you at the door and give you any information that is needed for worship.
What about Kids? Are there any activities for different age groups?
Typically there are opportunities for Sunday school, Bible class, and fellowship for all ages after our services. Due to the Coronavirus regulations those activities are on hold.
